MUSIC. HEALTH & WELLNESS…FUN!

This year we are honoured to have Muse Mind & Body Studio https://musevictoria.ca/and

Opal Wellness https://www.opalwellness.co/ joining in on the fun.

Muse instructors will be guiding free yoga sessions on the lawn during the plant sale and Opal

Wellness will be hosting a wellness table and offering free mini ear seed treatments and free

hand/arm massages.

We have a good selection of plants available this year such as mullein, yarrow, loosestrife,

hostas, foxglove, ferns and decorative grasses to name a few. Columbine, larkspur, sedum,

acanthus, chives, lavender, Himalayan honeysuckle, and agapanthus to name a few more. Two

good sized Japanese maples, and two small Katsura trees. And new to the plant sale are

Tromboncino zucchini, a versatile and delicious climbing variety.

The majority of the plants have been propagated in West Bay and are in 1 gallon pots priced at

only $10. There are some larger specimens that are priced a little more.

TWO GREAT RAFFLE ITEMS THIS YEAR – one is a lovely Japanese maple sharing a

terracotta pot with columbine, and the other is an outdoor ceramic pot filled with an

abundance of gardeners’ goodies, including several gift certificates. Raffle tickets are only 1

for $5, or 3 for $10.
