Constitution and Bylaws

The WBRA is a registered Society, constituted under the B.C. Societies Act. The Society’s Constitution and Bylaws define our organization, its purpose and its operations. 

 Our bylaws document provides details on membership, meetings, directors, roles and responsibilities, finance, and other operational requirements. We encourage all of our members to review these documents.
