PC Urban is proposing 2 purpose-built, 200 unit rental buildings on what is currently known as the “Cask and Keg” site on the north side of Esquimalt Road. A development Variance Permit is required. The first building is to be mixed use with ground floor commercial retail (includes redevelopment of future Cask and Keg). Second building is planned as residential only. Plan to donate a public art piece based on a request for proposals from local artists. Dev proposal has been submitted to Township. Design Review and Advisory Planning Committees review in Nov.
