The Salish Seas RV Park, located at the entrance to the West Bay harbour, is owned and operated by the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations. The current land use/zoning designations do not accurately describe the past or current use of the land and as such the proponent has applied for a change. There is no expectation of change of use and Township staff advise that they are drafting a new zone description that better reflects that of the RV park.
